Our healthcare organization is seeking a highly skilled Social Worker, Counsellor or Occupational Therapist to deliver frontline services to patients facing complex physical, mental health, and social challenges.

  • Qualifications in Social Work or Occupational Therapy or Rehabilitation Counselling are essential.
  • Proven clinical skills in assessment, planning and evaluation of psychosocial interventions with adult patients are required.
  • Experience working with patients with drug and alcohol issues including trauma, grief and loss, domestic and family violence and child protection is necessary.

This role involves working within a multidisciplinary team to conduct comprehensive assessments, co-design care plans, and provide assertive follow-up support to promote recovery and long-term wellbeing.
