We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Educational Leader to join our management team at Busy Bees at Kensington. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of professional reflection and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Service management to achieve excellence in service delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Ensure all children have equitable access to learning opportunities, catering to diverse needs.
  • Stay updated with sector changes and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
  • Current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with educators, families, and external agencies.
