Job Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and commercially adept individual to spearhead our tendering operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the end-to-end tendering strategy across our commercial division.
  • Identify and pursue procurement opportunities in government and enterprise sectors.
  • Coordinate the preparation of responses for RFQs, RFPs, and other tender formats.
  • Formulate pricing models and commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure all responses meet compliance, legal, and submission requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Business, or similar).
  • Experience in commercial sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in government or B2B procurement processes - tender experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
