Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role in the security industry. As a Patrol Coordinator, you will play a key part in ensuring the safety and security of our sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular site visits, Monday - Friday (0600-1700), to monitor and maintain high standards of security.
  • Provide timely support and assistance in the event of vehicle accidents or break downs.
  • Identify and escalate any potential risks to your manager.
  • Develop and deliver buddy training programs to ensure new patrol officers are familiar with sites and procedures.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and confident driving abilities.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to walk and drive at all times.
  • Current ACT Security License and full availability (Monday - Friday).
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language.
  • Ability to pass a medical test and maintain good health.
Operational Expectations
  • Conduct regular random patrol runs and accompany patrol officers to monitor services.
  • Assist in reviewing dockets, occurrence, and incident reports for quality assurance.
  • Review run sheets to optimize zone density and efficiency.
Leadership Expectations
  • Identify and communicate training needs.
  • Provide clear direction and expectations to the Mobile Patrols Team.
  • Recognize and reward outstanding performance among team members.
  • Counsel and support under-performing employees to achieve their full potential.
