**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with new product releases and industry trends, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and customers alike
  • Contribute to the development of our sales strategies, identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction
