We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Liquor Industry Professional to join our dynamic team. As a Liquor Industry Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service with a smile, ensuring customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.
- Be knowledgeable about our liquor range, including local and imported brands, and make recommendations to customers.
- Work collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent service.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- An enthusiasm for the liquor industry and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
- The ability to lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg) and stand for long periods.
