We are seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic team.

About the Position: This is a unique opportunity for someone who has in-depth knowledge of the liquor industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, responding to their queries and delivering an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Providing expert advice on liquor products, including Ale, Lager, Merlot and Shiraz
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for customers by adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the liquor industry
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
