Plumbing Trainee

At the Reece Group, a leading international company with exceptional values and customer focus, we are seeking students to undertake School–based Traineeships.
This traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch as well as completing certificate requirements such as workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining valuable industry experience. The role is based at our Plumbing Heidelberg branch and involves various responsibilities including embracing Reece values, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to maintaining the branch at a high standard.
We are looking for students who possess good written and verbal communication skills, ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm, and a great attitude. If you have these attributes and are willing to learn and grow with us, we encourage you to apply. Students will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability mandatory.
This position offers comprehensive on-the-job training, opportunities for skill development, and the chance to be part of a dynamic team. With a competitive estimated salary of $550-650 per week (dependent on location and level of experience), this is an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience and build their career in the plumbing industry.
