About the Role

We are seeking a motivated school-based trainee to join our team at Plumbing Footscray, a leading branch of the Reece Group.

This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the supply chain operations industry while completing your Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

As a School-based Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced staff to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in customer service, stock management, and sales processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the branch
About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

As a School-based Trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week and must have Saturday availability.
