About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 and 11 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in Plumbing at our Footscray branch. As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Reece values and policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Complete all requirements of the Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations
  • Process sales and manage stock
  • Answer phone calls and take messages
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff
  • Build product knowledge and provide follow-up to customers
  • Contribute to maintaining a high standard of the branch
About You

We are looking for a student who possesses good written and verbal communication skills, is able to follow instructions, and has a positive attitude. You should be a team player, willing to learn, and able to maintain a neat and tidy workspace.

As a School-based Trainee, you will work the equivalent of one and a half days per week and must have Saturday availability. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
