Early Childhood Educator Role

We are now seeking to build our team of casual Educators for services in various locations. Whether you are an experienced Early Childhood Educator seeking flexibility with your hours or recently qualified and looking to grow your skills and experience – we can support you.


About Your New Role

In this role, you will work with children aged 0-12 years old, providing high-quality education and care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and delivery of an educational program that meets the interests and abilities of each child.
  • Helping to increase enrolments and build the program to include other services that meet community needs.
  • Participating in delivering a quality and diverse educational program that sees every child actively participate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority). You will also bring with you:

  • Prior experience working in a kindergarten and/or other early childhood service providing high-quality care and educational services for children.
  • A sound knowledge and understanding of early childhood learning and development.

You will also be a confident team player, passionate about early childhood education, reliable and willing to travel.
