About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing expertise on ongoing projects to improve and simplify the business pack & Financial Lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise on ongoing projects to improve and simplify the business pack & Financial Lines
  • Track analytics and report on product performance to internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a key person in Financial Lines product builds, including scoping and testing
  • Support Insurers with Audit Action Items
  • Manage Financial Lines Underwriting Guidelines across multiple insurers: maintain, improve & ensure platform is compliant
  • Support internal stakeholders such as IT, Claims, QA and Learning & Development with product questions, testing, training materials and provide general support across the company for adhoc product questions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of specialisation in Australian Financial Lines and Biz Packs within Commercial OR Corporate insurance (broking or underwriting) as well as knowledge of insurance binders
  • Experience in analysing data and generating reports is an advantage
  • Strong time management and attention to detail, as you will be reviewing analytics and handling requests from multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills both internally and externally
  • A strong desire to learn, innovate, and challenge the existing norms
  • Ability to work autonomously and also be part of a team
  • Experience working on technology projects would be highly valued
