Responsibilities include daily and periodic communication and documentation related to building services and laundry department functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains adequate supply inventories and orders cleaning supplies, paper products, linen, and contract cleaning services for the hospital and off-site facilities.
  • Keeps accurate records of all vendor communication, purchases, and manifests.
  • Provides hospital laundry productivity reports and linen inventories using proprietary software.
  • Maintains staff time and attendance records and reports.
  • Assists in proactive problem-solving and policy/procedure updates.
Requirements:
  • Two years of basic computer work station experience handling office communications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Four years' experience as an office secretary/administrative assistant.
  • Advanced computer work station skills combined with strong communication skills.
