Personal Banking Career

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team. As a Personal Banker, you will engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide expert product knowledge to help them achieve their financial goals.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Utilize your product knowledge to identify opportunities for sales and referrals.

Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:

  • Banking experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong customer-facing or phone-based sales experience.
  • Ability to work with numbers and navigate multiple systems.
