About the Role

Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) is seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Manager to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our retail and licensing team, you will be responsible for managing the retail, licensing, and merchandise programs of the Perth Wildcats and other SEN teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for the SEN Teams retail range
  • Manage all aspects of retail product and uniform development, including purchasing and inventory control
  • Oversee the management of the retail e-commerce platform
  • Lead the management of the Team Store, including point of sale platform, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Manage game day merchandise outlets, including event operations, sales, and service delivery, and marketing
  • Manage all merchandise casual staff
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for all sales channels
Requirements
  • Relevant experience as a merchandise, retail, or licensing manager
  • Action-oriented and able to multitask
  • Exceptionally well-organized with a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in dealing with customers, coworkers, and high-level stakeholders
  • A strong customer focus and experience in service delivery
  • Enjoys sport and understands the level of commitment required working at a sporting organization, including weekends and out-of-business hours work
  • Holds a valid driver's license
