**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Haulage Yard Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in yard operations and a strong focus on safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely maneuver vehicles within the yard and to rail, ensuring efficient transportation of goods.
  • Operate Forklifts to load and unload freight from trailers and containers, maintaining a high level of accuracy and productivity.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work assignments, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the yard and storage areas, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Possess a current and valid MC licence.
  • Hold a current and valid Forklift (LF) licence.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of dangerous goods handling, including Safety, C.O.R and O.H.S requirements.
