About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Intern to join our Trust Team at Eucalyptus in Sydney. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT and adjacent areas, working with a fast-paced tech scale-up using innovative cloud-based infrastructure.

The successful candidate will report directly into the Trust Lead and be responsible for managing hardware and leading the technology onboarding and offboarding process. They will also contribute to supporting Eucalyptus employees by managing hardware and resolving technical issues.

This internship provides a chance to learn from experienced professionals, develop new skills, and make a meaningful impact on our team's success.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing hardware and software assets across the organization
  • Support the technology onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees
  • Contribute to troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware management
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of asset inventories and documentation
Requirements
  • Current university student studying a degree related to Information Technology or a related field
  • Previous experience in an IT internship or role is desired but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools or IT ticketing systems is desirable
