Job Title: Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team at Tweed Mall.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and security of all personnel on site.

  • This fast-paced and interesting role involves conducting patrols, performing building checks, and monitoring CCTV at a shopping centre in Tweed Heads.

You will be responsible for responding professionally and promptly to customer enquiries, completing patrol duties and monitoring CCTV systems, and using radio communications systems and completing reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate II in Security Operations, NSW Class 1 Security Licence (unarmed and crowd control), First Aid and CPR certifications, and a NSW driver's licence.
