Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support the smooth operation of our council divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general labouring duties, as well as supporting more skilled roles as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laboring background with initiative and minimal supervision
  • Concreting experience, including formwork, pouring and/or screeding/finishing
  • Civil roads experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Plant operation ticket with experience
  • Parks & Gardens Landscaping experience
Requirements
  • Construction Induction Certificate (WHS White Card)
  • Current Class C Driver Licence
  • Ability and willingness to undertake laboring duties and take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability
  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Safety-focused mindset
  • Availability to work full-time hours between 6:30am - 3:40pm
