At Findex, we are passionate about providing exceptional financial services to our clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Services Professional to join our team in Central North NSW.

Your typical week will be filled with challenging and rewarding tasks, including:

  • Assisting in SMSF tax return preparation, financial statement creation, and reconciliations.
  • Handling compliance and administrative tasks, including client record maintenance and data entry.
  • Preparing and reviewing reports, including time-sheets, client service agreements, and invoicing.
  • Contributing to strategy implementation for clients, learning ATO registrations, and preparing meeting minutes and resolutions.

You will also have the opportunity to learn from industry-leading professionals and contribute to making a difference in an emerging service line.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel).
  • Familiarity with Class Super (advantageous but not essential).
  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently.
  • A genuine team player with a friendly and helpful demeanour.
