Seeking a highly experienced and skilled architect to lead the strategic direction of our CX Service Provider solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic direction of our CX Service Provider solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Design and integrate CX solutions addressing end-to-end service provider initiatives, including hardware, software, and services.
  • Collaborate across functions, leveraging multiple technologies and diverse teams to create innovative solutions.
  • Proactively identify and solve complex architectural challenges for service provider customers.
  • Translate complex requirements into secure, reliable, and serviceable architectures.
  • Ensure engineering practices meet high standards of quality, repeatability, and scalability.

Our ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in Service Provider technology, along with expertise in SP Transport, Core, Mobility, and other areas. They should also possess strong customer consulting abilities, experience delivering large solutions with Agile and CI/CD methodologies, and the ability to conduct Well-Architected Reviews of SP Networks.

Requirements
  • BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Systems.
  • Deep knowledge of Service Provider technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with SP technologies in Transport, Core, Mobility, etc.
  • Active technology enthusiast with public forum presence on technology vision and roadmap.
  • Strong customer consulting abilities for pre-sales and delivery of sophisticated service orchestration solutions.
  • Experience delivering large solutions with Agile and CI/CD methodologies.
  • Ability to conduct Well-Architected Reviews of SP Networks.
