We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Childcare Leader to join our team at C&K QUT Kelvin Grove. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Director in managing the day-to-day operations, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to meaningful projects.

As a Childcare Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our centre by supporting the development of high-quality programs that promote children's learning and well-being.

To thrive in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $38.45 per hour plus generous benefits, including access to childcare discounts for eligible employees, a nationally recognised qualification in early childhood education and care, and a range of opportunities for professional development.
