We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to lead our C&K Kelvin Grove team.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of passionate educators to deliver a quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years in a play-based learning environment.
  • Play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre, encouraging and nurturing children's learning and development.
  • Build great relationships with families and the wider community.

This is a rare opportunity to join our well-established team on a fixed term full-time basis from February 2025 to September 2025. A handover period with the current Director will ensure a smooth transition.

About You:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent, or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for achieving long-lasting outcomes for children, families, and the community.
