Job Summary:

The Commercial Portfolio Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to a key portfolio of diverse clients and leading a team to drive growth and retention strategies.

This role involves managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, supervising a team of experienced brokers, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to enhance the client experience.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as an Insurance Broker with leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of Commercial Insurance products, and excellent relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring seamless renewal processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of experienced brokers, providing guidance and mentorship to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Business Development: Develop new business opportunities within the Commercial segment, working closely with stakeholders to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • Strategic Contributions: Contribute to the development of the Commercial business strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.
  • Mentorship and Development: Foster a culture of learning and development, mentoring team members to achieve their career goals and aspirations.
