Job Summary
ZSG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations, including financial management, rostering, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless execution of restaurant operations
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Develop and implement effective rostering strategies to ensure optimal staff coverage
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Highly motivated and experienced restaurant manager with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards, with the ability to ensure compliance
