Job Title: National Sales Manager

This is a dynamic leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, leading and inspiring high-performing sales teams, and shaping the company's sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales performance by leveraging key sales relationships and coordinating with internal sales heads across all branches.
  • Lead, inspire, develop, and manage sales teams to pursue best practices, achieve targets, and meet key performance indicators.
  • Shape the company's sales strategy, achieve ambitious targets, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Inspire, mentor, coach, and develop talent to align with strategic objectives for future growth and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Workshop, and other internal departments to maximize efficiencies, customer service, profitability, revenue growth, market share, and brand equity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, exceptional people management skills, and the ability to drive business results in a fast-paced environment. They must be motivated and experienced sales leaders looking for new challenges.
