The Role
  • Manage and oversee multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  • Lead project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve quality and commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, cost controls, procurement strategies, and risk management protocols.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
Qualifications
  • A high-caliber project leader with over 16 years' experience in managing capital project portfolios, particularly in the chemicals and agricultural sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in embedding safety considerations into all phases of a project.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded.
