Corporate and Commercial Advisory Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Corporate and Commercial team, specialising in corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-calibre transactions in a fast-paced environment alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering strategic and commercial outcomes for clients.

In this role, you will engage in a variety of projects within the M&A and Corporate Advisory space, providing critical support on transactions and drafting commercial agreements. Key Responsibilities
  • Acting for buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including undertaking due diligence.
  • Advising on general commercial and corporations law matters.
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Advising on corporate restructuring, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
  • Acting for clients seeking approval from various regulators.
  • Contributing to business development and marketing activities, as well as legal precedents.
Requirements
  • Sound knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory and commercial law.
  • Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
