We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Project Engineer to join our Circular Economy team at South East Water. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and sustainability in our water treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with our Technology Program Manager to identify and implement new technologies and treatment processes that improve the sustainability and efficiency of our operations.
- Project Management: Manage procurement processes, collaborate with regulatory stakeholders, and oversee contractor designs to ensure project compliance.
- Technical Expertise: Develop technical documentation, ensure project compliance, and engage with industry partners to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry partners, and contractors.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualified Engineer with relevant experience in water and waste treatment processes.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and procurement, creative problem-solving, and ability to design and manage pilot and full-scale trials.
- Experience: Experience in innovation or research and development is desirable.
- Flexible Working Arrangements: A commitment to work-life balance with truly flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working and leave purchasing.
- Competitive Remuneration: Remuneration for this role will be between $101,563 - $125, % superannuation, dependent on experience.
