Rostering Coordinator
This role involves providing administrative support to staff and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff rosters according to client preferences
- Answer new potential client enquiries regarding available service provision
- Contribute to administration duties, including telephone answering
- Perform staff welfare assessments during roster communication
- Assist with data input into rostering software
- Respond to roster inquiries from relevant staff
- Answer inbound inquiries from customers and assist with customer service
- Be on call after hours and during weekends when assigned
- Contact customers to ensure service requirements are met
- Update rosters based on facility needs
- Contact relevant staff to advise of roster changes
- Assist with general administrative duties to support staff
- Assess and manage risk in line with quality standards
- Escalate issues to the Operations Coordinator
- Assist in project work to improve team processes
