
Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support to our Contract Management department.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing administrative services, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel. They will also be familiar with financial and records management systems.
The role requires the ability to operate with independence, determination of priorities, and work standards. The successful candidate will need to be proactive, have a keen eye for detail, and a passion for excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the Contract Management department, including processing contract progress payment documentation, labour hire invoices, employees forms, reports, and associated maintenance of records and systems.
- Undertaking general administrative tasks across the section and directorate.
- Operating with confidentiality and handling sensitive material in accordance with relevant guidelines.
