The Role

Step into a role with an existing waiting list of clients, ensuring a strong start. You will benefit from direct mentorship with a Senior Exercise Physiologist in a face-to-face setting. Take advantage of our excellent facilities and work with a dynamic and thriving team.

We support a patient-centred outcome-based approach to clinical management. The successful applicant will assess and deliver customised exercise interventions to our members that will assist in the management of their injury or condition.

This role will begin as Part-time hours with the ability to increase to Full-time hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provision of exercise intervention and education for those at risk of developing a chronic condition or injury.
  2. Provision of clinical exercise prescription, for those with existing chronic and complex medical conditions and injuries.
  3. Provision of health education, advice and support to enhance health and wellbeing.
  4. Development and promotion of Exercise Physiology within the Centre and wider community.
  5. Liaise with other medical professionals involved in patient's rehabilitation.

The ideal candidate must have or be eligible as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sport Science Australia.
