Petbarn, a leading pet specialty retailer, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Assistant to join their team. With over 150 locations throughout Australia and New Zealand, Petbarn offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will have a real customer service focus, with the ability to wow customers. They will be highly motivated and proactive, with high integrity and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels. The ideal candidate will also have composure under stress and pressure, a determination to succeed, and an eye for detail.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets. You will also be required to lift heavy items, such as bags of dog food, and work unsupervised on weekends.

Pet experience/knowledge is a plus, but not essential. We are looking for motivated and talented individuals who enjoy working in a sales environment and thrive in a team-based setting. Key Responsibilities:
