**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking an Office Assistant to join our full-time team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is friendly, organized, and reliable to come on board and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Taking and redirecting phone calls as required
  • Greeting all clients and guests in the office
  • Managing client and guest experiences, including providing refreshments
  • Overseeing social media content creation and management
  • Managing our website
  • Following up with clients and contractors as needed
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory

**Requirements**

  • Prior administrative or assistant experience is preferable
  • Clear and direct communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

Schedule: 8 hour shift per day
