About the Position:
In the role of Store Manager, you will be an experienced mentor and leader, overseeing all facets of the store while effectively guiding your team. Your responsibilities will encompass daily operations, from driving sales and managing budgets to providing outstanding customer service.
Leveraging your extensive experience, you will excel in supporting and mentoring your team, fostering their growth and development. Your enthusiasm for people is reflected in your ability to engage and inspire, transforming work into a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager:
Assessing store performance and pinpointing opportunities to enhance sales outcomes. Elevating customer experience through friendly and attentive service, comprehensive product knowledge, and current styling advice. Cultivating an atmosphere of trust, confidence, and respect within the store while also motivating, coaching, and nurturing the development of team members. Overseeing new stock deliveries and curating the store's visual presentation.
