The Opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our Energy and Utilities business in Western Australia on a full time permanent basis. The role is 8/6 DIDO on work hours and will be reporting directly to the Administration Manager.

The key tasks include:

- Work with the Project team to support the day-to-day running of the site administration function
- Support site mobilisation activities including workforce PPE orders, travel co-ordination & camp bookings
- Receipt of goods and providing AP team with delivery dockets & material reporting
- Time Capture (including client approvals of timesheets)
- Consolidate Client Reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Uploading client reporting into Client portals (doc con support)
- Maintain stationery and office consumables
- Ad hoc Duties within the Administrative and Finance functions as requested by Management

What we are looking for

- Drivers License & White Card required
- 3 – 5 years' experience in onsite Administration or mobilisation experience ideally in construction, mining or maintenance
- JDE & InEight experience is preferred
- Strong inter-personal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use initiative, prioritise workload & time management
- Microsoft Office skills
- Positive attitude in dealing with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
