Job Title: Experienced Heavy Combination Truck Driver Needed

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced heavy combination truck driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and return 20, 40 & 48 foot containers from the rail terminal and deliver to and from our depot or direct to the customer
  • Conduct local metro PUD with a tautliner trailer

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid auto or unlimited HC licence with at least 2 years' experience driving, loading, and unloading
  • Comfortable handling 20ft, 40 and predominantly 48 Foot containers and reversing trailers confidently in tight spaces
  • Familiarity with Melbourne Metro routes and an understanding of rail/container logistics
  • An understanding and practice of Workplace Health & Safety and transport industry safety procedures
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
