Care Support Specialist

As a highly visible member of our team, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goal of providing an environment that encourages residents to remain independent.
You will work closely with and supported by our clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams, responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner. This enables residents to make choices and have control over their support needs.

Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.
- Work effectively as part of a team, maintaining professional relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.

- Think on your feet, making decisions that prioritize the well-being and safety of our residents.
- Adhere to all necessary safety procedures, avoiding accidents and injuries.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of the elderly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to think critically and problem-solve.
- A certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent experience.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and development.
