Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled HR Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers a broad range of administrative support across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that all people-related data and documents are accurate, comprehensive, and compliant.


About the Role

This is a true generalist position suited to someone who is self-motivated and genuinely passionate about people. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a dynamic environment.


Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, or proven experience in a relevant human resources/administration position.
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices and techniques, with an innovative approach to application.
  • Strong organisational, coordination and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to remain objective and composed through difficult situations, and respect confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
