The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administration of contracts once they have been awarded, ensuring that all contractual terms are adhered to, and assisting in resolving any post-award issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage subcontracts lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Draft, review and negotiate subcontracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and project teams, to ensure subcontract terms are clear, feasible, and compliant
- Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role, with a focus on post-award management
- Strong understanding of contract law and its application in a business setting
- In-depth knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and project management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyse complex contractual issues and provide practical solutions
- A degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field is preferred
