Our team is looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the Subcontracts Management team on a rotational basis. Reporting to the Subcontract Commercial Manager, you'll oversee contract administration from award to closure, ensuring all contractual terms are met and resolving any post-award issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the lifecycle management of subcontracts from initiation to completion
  • Develop, review, and negotiate subcontracts in line with company objectives and legal requirements
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and project teams, to ensure subcontract terms are clear, achievable, and compliant
  • Identify potential risks and propose effective mitigation strategies within subcontracts
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to evaluate the impact of contractual terms on our organization
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers through regular communication and issue resolution
  • Monitor vendor performance and address any non-compliance or performance issues promptly
  • Engage in contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms for our organization
  • Accurately record and maintain up-to-date contract documentation and records
  • Generate comprehensive reports on contract performance, compliance, and relevant metrics
