This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition specialist to contribute to our team's overall talent management strategy.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for guiding and promoting recruitment best practices and sourcing talent who share our values and vision. This includes identifying recruitment needs, partnering closely with our workforce planning team, and optimising strategic sourcing channels to ensure quality of hire and align to organisational goals.
You will also be responsible for managing the 360 recruitment process, including coordinating immigration processes, collecting and maintaining compliance documentation, and preparing and providing accurate contracts and letters.
Additionally, you will be expected to monitor performance metrics to assess quality of hires/retention rates and identify future talent. If you are a solutions-focused self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong computer literacy, and experience with applicant tracking systems and strategic sourcing methodologies, we would love to hear from you
- At least 2+ years recruitment experience or generalist HR with exposure to recruitment
- Experience managing bulk recruitment activities
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and experience with applicant tracking systems and strategic sourcing methodologies
- Attention to detail
- Ability to partner and build strong relationships across the network
- Ability to influence and educate hiring managers
