Employee Benefits and HR Projects Specialist

This role is at the forefront of managing and enhancing employee benefits and wellness programs across the APAC region. A successful candidate will possess technical expertise, a passion for problem-solving, and collaboration skills to stay ahead of trends and ensure competitive employee benefits.

Key responsibilities include evaluating, designing, implementing, and managing benefit offerings for all offices in the APAC region, leveraging internal and external resources to benchmark market competitiveness, managing benefits processes, and serving as the benefits point of contact for employees based in the APAC region.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred) or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Employee Benefits or HR with international exposure (required).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Creative strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information clearly.

The ideal candidate will have project management skills and experience supporting HR projects, be able to gather review and analyze data to make informed decisions, and build and maintain vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate design implement and manage benefit offerings for all offices in the APAC region.
  • Manage benefits processes and serve as the benefits point of contact for employees based in the APAC region.
  • Partner with Global Head of Benefits and Head of HR APAC to ensure effective planning coordinate plan renewals assist with preparing educational materials and present benefit plans to employees.
  • Track monthly benefit costs conduct audits facilitate vendor bill payment and reporting conduct gap analysis make recommendations for improvements conduct research on market trends competitors and industry standards manage vendor relationships and gather and review data to inform decision-making and improve employee benefits and well-being programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred or equivalent on-the-job experience.
