Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our global architecture practice in Sydney. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with Directors to secure new project opportunities and develop business strategies to increase the practice's presence in the market.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development within the architecture industry, as well as knowledge and understanding of Australia's development potential. Strong networking and client management skills are essential, along with proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Global Directors to identify new project opportunities and plan for future growth.
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to develop competition statements, fee proposals, and marketing collateral for presentations to potential clients.
  • Conduct research on market changes, sectors, and client groups to inform business strategies.
  • Establish new working relationships with key decision makers through effective networking and client management.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years in Business Development role within the architecture industry.
  • Knowledge of Australia's development potential.
  • Proficient user of InDesign and Microsoft Office.
