About the RoleThis Neighbourhood Administration Officer role is a key support position to the delivery of our Community Care based services.
- As a Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business operations are running efficiently and that our clients receive an outstanding experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external customers – via phone, email, and in-person
- Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries
- Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
- Creating correspondence and documentation as requested
- Efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
- Monitoring, ordering, and distributing office supplies and arranging for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
- Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases
- Utilising mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
- Assisting senior staff with special projects as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in rostering/scheduling – Highly regarded
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
- Confidence with smart phones and digital devices or willingness to learn
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude
