About the Role

This Neighbourhood Administration Officer role is a key support position to the delivery of our Community Care based services.

  • As a Neighbourhood Administration / Scheduling Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that business operations are running efficiently and that our clients receive an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Supporting and coordinating different teams within each neighbourhood
  2. Being the first point of contact for internal and external customers – via phone, email, and in-person
  3. Managing requests, concerns, and inquiries
  4. Rostering and scheduling support for the neighbourhood
  5. Creating correspondence and documentation as requested
  6. Efficiently organising appointments, diaries, travel, and meeting/workshop preparatory arrangements
  7. Monitoring, ordering, and distributing office supplies and arranging for the maintenance/repair of office equipment
  8. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of information in financial, human resource, and other systems and databases
  9. Utilising mainstream software including the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications (Intermediate – Advanced skills required)
  10. Assisting senior staff with special projects as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in rostering/scheduling – Highly regarded
  • Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise workload
  • Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
  • Confidence with smart phones and digital devices or willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise workloads with a can-do attitude
