
Organisational Development Specialist

Key to organisational success is the ability to adapt and evolve, which is why we need a skilled Organisational Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational psychology or a related field, with experience in delivering evidence-based training programmes, conducting psychosocial risk assessments, and supporting individuals and teams through coaching and supervision.
This role involves designing and delivering clinical-focused training, supervision, and coaching programmes for individuals and groups. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure that programmes are engaging, evidence-based, and effective. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and Delivering Training: Develop, deliver, and evaluate clinical-focused training programmes for individuals and groups.
- Project Scoping and Delivery: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to scope and deliver workplace wellbeing and learning projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with customer success teams to promote programmes and achieve high-quality feedback from clients.
- Psihosocial Risk Assessments & Culture Reviews: Conduct assessments and reviews to gain insights into organisational culture and wellbeing.
- Psihometric Assessments: Administer psychometric tools to understand team dynamics and individual capabilities.
- Coaching & Supervision: Offer individual and group coaching and supervision to support personal and professional growth.
- Peer Support Programmes: Implement and support specialist peer support programmes within client organisations.
- Reporting: Compile and deliver detailed reports on programme outcomes, training evaluations, and client feedback.
