Multi-State Operations Manager

This is a key responsibility of this role: leading multiple states and over 70 services.
- Lead Multi-State Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of services across three states.
- Inspire and Empower Teams: Provide coaching and mentorship to Regional and Operations Managers.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Implement systems and processes for quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Drive Strategic Growth: Open new services aligned with expansion plans and partner expectations.
- Manage Financial Performance: Oversee budgets, manage labor costs, and mitigate operational risks.
- Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Build relationships with internal departments, school communities, and external partners.
An experienced multi-site leader has a proven track record of managing operations and leading high-performing teams. Strong communication skills, a solutions-driven approach, and a passion for kids' wellbeing make an ideal candidate for this role.
