The brand |
Our client - an iconic Australian retail group - is renowned for retaining its people and is known as a success-oriented business - they design and produce locally with a focus on modern design for women. We are looking for an experienced sales and people leader to join a committed team managing a portfolio of 50+ concession and stand-alone stores across NSW and ACT.
You will have a natural ability to motivate, excite, and lift your team to success both in sales and team culture. To be successful in this role you will have strong communication skills, an understanding of numbers, and enjoy bringing creative solutions to achieve your results.
The role |
It's a fast-paced role that requires a hands-on, energetic leader to create a buzz and sense of excitement in-store to achieve sales goals all while making your customers feel valued
Day to day will see you working with your Area and State leaders to Manage, lead, and direct stores within the State by ensuring business goals and policies are understood and applied by all team members.
You will have key metrics to achieve across Sales, Payroll, Shrinkage, and Expense budgets, as well as being ultimately focused on people management and development to ensure customer service standards are achieved in line with company standards.
