Key responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic alignment of ESSA's policy and advocacy activities with the evolving needs of accredited professionals and long-term business objectives.
  • Develop and administer lobbying and advocacy efforts to ensure strong competitive positioning and ongoing responsiveness to changes in professional needs.
  • Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board on business improvement processes.
  • Play a significant role in long-term organisational planning.
  • Oversee operations of the Policy and Advocacy Unit, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
