Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill this key position. As a critical member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Update client records and manage payroll data accurately and efficiently;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy;
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
  • Proven experience as a payroll consultant or similar role;
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
